Terms of use

These terms govern the use of A1 Quote by those who create an account (the buyer) and, where applicable, those who receive a request for quotation (the supplier). By creating an account or responding to a request through the link, you agree to them. Applicable law: Brazilian law.

1. What the platform does#

A1 Quote sends requests for quotation on behalf of the buyer to suppliers they selected and approved, by email and, when authorized, WhatsApp; receives responses through the link, email, or automated reading of text and PDF; organizes them in a comparison; and generates a purchase order for the supplier to confirm.

The platform is the messenger and record. The transaction (price, deadlines, delivery, payment) is between buyer and supplier; A1 Quote is not a party to the purchase and does not guarantee supplier delivery.

2. Account and access#

• The account belongs to the business (or person) that created it. Anyone who signs in with the account email is responsible for their actions within it.
• API keys and MCP connections provide full access to the account. Protect them like passwords; revoke them when an agent or integration is no longer used.
• We may suspend an account that violates these terms, with notice and time to correct the issue, except where there is a risk to third parties.

3. Buyer commitments#

• Only contact suppliers with a legal basis. Registering or importing a contact represents that it is a public business contact or an existing supplier. Contacts suggested by search require your approval, one by one, before any message is sent.
• Respect those who opted out. The opt-out list applies to the entire platform; the account cannot send again, and attempting to bypass this by other means violates these terms.
• Do not use the platform for spam, offers, advertising, or any message other than a request for quotation or an order. One request and one reminder per quotation; nothing more.
• Do not include sensitive data (Article 11 of the LGPD) in requests. If you do, you are responsible.
• Be who you say you are. The business name in messages is the name on your account; do not use someone else's name.

4. What the platform does “on behalf of” the buyer#

Every message is signed with the buying business's name and states that the platform sent it at that business's request. The buyer authorizes A1 Quote to:

• send the request for quotation and a single reminder to each approved supplier;
• receive and store responses within their account;
• send their generated purchase order to the winning supplier for confirmation through the link.

Nothing is sent without an explicit click by the buyer. The platform never initiates contact on its own.

5. Suppliers#

• Responding through the link does not create an account or obligation; the offer is valid under the terms written by the supplier (validity period, conditions).
• Suppliers may have a free account to view their history of received requests and orders. It costs nothing and may be closed at any time.
• Suppliers can opt out at any time through the link in every message. The request applies to the entire platform.

6. Credits and billing#

• The service is charged through a base subscription plus credits. One credit is one request sent to one supplier, including the reminder.
• Current prices are those shown on the pricing page or in the proposal sent to the buyer.
• Billing begins only when the buyer accepts the proposal.
• Credits included in the subscription renew each cycle and do not roll over. Separately purchased credits do not expire while the subscription is active and are not refundable in cash.
• Late payment suspends new sends; history remains accessible.

7. Content and liability#

• The content of requests, responses, and orders belongs to the buyer and supplier. A1 Quote does not review, guarantee, or accept responsibility for prices, deadlines, or deliveries.
• Automated reading of text and PDF can make mistakes. Every automatically read value is marked for confirmation, with the original passage alongside it; nothing enters the comparison as certain without the buyer's confirmation.
• The platform is provided “as is,” with reasonable efforts to keep it available. We are not liable for lost profits or purchase decisions based on the comparison.

8. Termination#

• Buyers may close their account at any time. The subscription will not renew; data is deleted within the period stated in the privacy policy; history can be exported beforehand.
• We may close the platform or an account with 30 days' notice, refunding unused, separately purchased credits.
• Serious violations of these terms (spam, bypassing the opt-out list, using someone else's identity) allow immediate termination.

9. Changes and contact#

When these terms change, the date at the top is updated and buyers with accounts are notified in advance by email. Continuing to use the platform after the notice means accepting the new version.
