Frequently asked questions
Does the supplier need an account?
No. They open the link on their phone and enter prices and terms. Text or PDF replies can also be imported so you can review the extracted values.
Are messages sent from my number and email?
Email identifies your business as the buyer and uses the platform sending domain. WhatsApp requires your business account to be connected and the channel contact and template rules to be met. The official integration remains subject to Meta limits and review.
Can I invite new suppliers?
Search can suggest business contacts for your review. You approve each recipient before sending. An email reply does not automatically authorize WhatsApp contact or open its customer service window.
What if automatic extraction gets a price wrong?
Review the value alongside its source and confirm or correct it before using the reply in comparisons. Automatic extraction can make mistakes and does not replace your review.
How long do suppliers have to reply?
You set the quotation deadline. Tracking shows received replies and pending invitations; reminders depend on channel settings and rules.
Does this replace my ERP or spreadsheet?
The focus is requesting, collecting, comparing and generating purchase orders. Connections to other systems should be assessed for your process.
Can other businesses see my suppliers and prices?
The product separates data by business. Requests to stop receiving messages follow the privacy policy and the platform suppression rules.
Can I use an AI agent or the API?
Yes. API and MCP expose quotation, supplier, sending, reply and order services with authentication and the same product rules. See the documentation for available tools.
